Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use Minedy, a journalling Mini App inside Telegram. By opening the app you accept them. If you do not, please do not use the app.
Your account
Minedy signs you in through your Telegram account; there is no separate password to manage. You are responsible for keeping access to your Telegram account secure. The optional PIN or Face ID lock protects the app on your device — it does not replace the security of your Telegram account.
Your content
Your entries are yours. We claim no ownership over what you write and we do not use it to train anything or to advertise to you. Please do not use Minedy to store content that is illegal where you live.
What Minedy is not
Minedy is a personal journaling tool, not a medical, psychological or therapeutic service. It is not a substitute for professional mental health support. If you are in crisis or need support, please contact a licensed professional or a crisis helpline in your country.
Premium and payments
- Premium is paid in Telegram Stars, Telegram's own payment system. We never see or handle your card details.
- Monthly — 149 Stars. It renews every 30 days until you cancel it in Telegram under Settings → Stars → My Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal; Premium stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.
- Yearly — 1499 Stars. A single payment for 365 days. It does not renew automatically; when the year ends, the account simply returns to the free plan.
- If you switch from monthly to yearly, the days you have already paid for are added to the year, and your monthly subscription is cancelled for you.
Refunds
Payments are final once the service has been delivered. If you paid and Premium did not switch on, or something else went wrong with a payment, send /paysupport to the bot or write to hello@minedy.app with the date of the payment — we will look into it and refund the Stars where the service was not delivered. Statutory rights that apply where you live are not affected by this paragraph.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Minedy available, but it is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We may change, suspend or discontinue features. If a change materially affects a paid plan, we will tell you in the app or in our Telegram channel beforehand.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data beyond what we can restore. Keep your own copies of anything you cannot afford to lose.
Services we depend on
We rely on third-party infrastructure (including Telegram, Supabase and Cloudflare) to operate Minedy. We are not liable for outages, data loss or errors caused by failures of these third-party services beyond our reasonable control.
Limit of our liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of Minedy is limited to the amount in Stars you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. If you have not paid us anything, our liability is limited to 1500 Stars.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Ending your use
You can delete your diary at any time in Settings — that removes every entry, photo and place permanently. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or break these terms.
Your responsibility
You agree to indemnify us against any claims, losses or damages arising from your misuse of Minedy or your violation of these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ukraine.
If you use Minedy as a consumer, this does not take away the protection given to you by the mandatory consumer-law rules of the country where you live, and you may also be able to bring proceedings there.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we do, we will update the date above and, for changes that affect you materially, give notice in the app or in our Telegram channel before they take effect.
